Supportive Housing Program The Supportive Housing Program is designed to move homeless individuals and families from streets, shelters and transitional housing to permanent housing. Case management and support services are provided to assist individuals and families with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing, increasing their skills and/or income and achieving greater self-determination. Family Care Network maintains a donation store for individuals and families receiving services through the Supportive Housing Program. Through the generous donations of members in the community, Family Care Network has furniture, household items and some appliances available to assist families in obtaining the items they need to establish a home. Family Care Network is accepting donations of the following item for our donation store:
